At Edavate, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a clear and straightforward return process to make things easy for you.
14-Day Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team is always available to guide you through the process.
There are no restocking fees.
We do not charge any restocking costs for returns.

Return Costs
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the return is free of charge (we will pay the shipping cost of the return in this case). This applies when the product arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or it does not fit, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please email support@edavate.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
Customers must purchase their own return label and ship the item back using a tracked service. Edavate does not supply return labels.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns must be sent by post. Please follow the guidance provided in that email and use the recommended shipping method where possible.
Refunds
When your return arrives, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, simply contact us at support@edavate.com and we will be happy to help arrange this for you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
