How long does delivery take?

Our typical delivery timeframes are:

  • Order handling: 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

  • Shipping transit: 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Total estimated delivery time: 7–11 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Edavate.com is an online-only store operated from the Netherlands.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. Contact us here.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return process.

What is your return policy?

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns

  • Defective or incorrect items are returned at no cost to the customer

  • Approved returns must be sent to our designated return address by post

  • Customers must purchase their own return label and ship the item back using a tracked service. Edavate does not supply return labels.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund

Do your products come with a warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our products.
If you experience a defect, please contact us and we will assist you in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Products with manufacturing defects are covered in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, we only ship to customers in the United Kingdom.

Do you have a physical store?

No. Edavate.com is an online-only store and does not operate a physical retail location.

Can I place a bulk or business order?

Yes. For bulk or business enquiries, please email us at  support@edavate.com with your request.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Track your order here.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.
